Dover is happy to help support you in changing the hiring manager for any of your roles. We have compiled a short checklist to help you cover all of your bases to ensure a smooth transition.
How to change your hiring manager:
Go to the Dover App
Select the job
Click the ✏️ next to the HM and Recruiter
Select the new hiring manager from the dropdown.
If your hiring manager is not listed, please click Add a new user, complete the required information, select the checkbox, and click Create.
Once you have selected the new hiring manger, click Save to lock in your changes.
✅ Checklist for new Hiring Manager:
As a new hiring manager, you may want to adjust the email outreach and interview plan for the role.
Edit your Interview Plan to add yourself as an interviewer or make other changes to your interview process.
Create a new outreach email campaign if you want outreach to come from you.
How to change your recruiter:
Go to the Dover App
Select the job
Click the ✏️ next to the HM and Recruiter
Select the new recruiter from the dropdown.
If your recruiter is not listed, please click Add a new user, complete the required information, select the checkbox, and click Create.
Once you have selected the new recruiter, click Save to lock in your changes.
