Dover has integrations with Ashby, Greenhouse and Lever. Syncing your ATS to Dover ensures that candidates do not receive duplicate outreach via Sourcing Autopilot and ensures that changes made in Dover or your ATS will be reflected correctly in both places.
Please follow the steps below to connect your ATS to Dover.

1. Sync your company's Ashby data to Dover

Go to your ATS Settings
Follow the instructions to create an API key in Ashby
Add your API key to Dover
Click Save and Validate
It may take 24 business hours for your sync to complete. Once your sync is successful, you will see a success screen.
2. Sync your Dover jobs to your Ashby jobs
2. Sync your Dover jobs to your Ashby jobs
Jobs that have been successfully synced to Ashby will have a ♻️ symbol.
Go to your ATS Settings
✏️ Edit your Dover job
Select the corresponding Ashby job from the dropdown options
Select whom to post on behalf of (usually the hiring manager or recruiter)
Click Save.

Select a job in Dover
Go to the Interview Plan
✏️ Edit each interview stage
Under ATS stage mapping, select the corresponding stage in your Ashby from the dropdown options
Save your changes

Follow the instructions to create a Harvest API key in Greenhouse
Add your Harvest API key to Dover
Click Save and Validate
It may take 24 business hours for your sync to complete. Once your sync is successful, you will see a success screen.

Jobs that have been successfully synced to Greenhouse will have a ♻️ symbol.
Go to your ATS Settings
✏️ Edit your Dover job
Select the corresponding Greenhouse job from the dropdown options
Select whom to post on behalf of (usually the hiring manager or recruiter)
Choose when candidates sourced via Sourcing Autopilot will be added to Greenhouse
Choose whether or not to sync applicants from Greenhouse to Dover
Choose whether or not to automatically reject applicants and candidates who do not pass your Criteria.
Click Save.

Click Connect to Lever (a Lever Super Admin must grant Dover access)
Click Save
