Admins will have full access to all jobs in Dover. Admins can view compensation information, all candidate feedback, schedule and reject candidates, send candidates emails, and view private jobs. Admins can also assign what level of access other users have. Admins can additionally set the default role for new users.

Job Roles

πŸ‘€ Hiring Manager

πŸ“±Recruiter

Recruiters are assigned when a new job is created in Dover. Recruiters have the same level of access as hiring managers.

πŸ‘₯ Additional Team Members

Additional hiring team members can also be added to individual jobs. You can add additional team members when you create a job in Dover. Team members have the same access as Hiring Manager and Recruiter with one exception: they cannot view compensation information.

πŸ‘€ Other

This category includes users whose company role is Basic. Interviewers, for example, will fall under this category if they are not assigned to your hiring team.

If you are not a member of a hiring team, you will still be able to view candidates but will not be able to view compensation information, schedule or email candidates, or edit candidate contact info. You will only be able to view feedback that you submit yourself.
