⚾ Perfect Your Pitch to Candidates
Dover Interviewers use your Job Pitch to pitch your company and role to candidates. The more information included, the more compelling the pitch will be.
To access the job pitch:
In the Dover App, click on the Job you want to modify
In the Overview tab, scroll to Dover Interviewer and click the Edit dropdown and select Job Pitch
View and make changes to your job pitch, then click Save
To view and make changes to your Company pitch, click the View responses dropdown, scroll down and select Edit in Company Settings
⚾ The pitch is a great place to include details that would excite candidates. Be sure to highlight what makes the role special!
✏️ Customize Your Interview Questions
🎙️ Most Dover Interviews are between 20-30 minutes long.
Dover Interviewers will ask candidates all of the Screener Questions, so make sure that they're asking the right questions.
View & Edit Screener Questions:
In the Dover App, click on the job you want to modify
On the Overview page under Dover Interviewer, click the Edit dropdown and select Screener Questions
Review the Screener Questions for the role. Add or delete questions and click Save and Approve when you are finished making changes.

📓 Review Interview Notes
To access the Dover Interviewer Notes:
From Slack
Go to the Slack Channel for the job
Under the candidate’s name, you will see “Please find our notes here”. Click the link to view the Interview Notes in Slack.
In the Dover App, you can review detailed Interview Notes
