Dover AI Notetaker can join your interviews, record and transcribe them, and automatically populate your interview feedback forms with notes. This helps interviewers stay present and attentive during interviews while ensuring interview notes are accurate, giving candidates a better experience.
Please note that AI Notetaker is only available for customers on contract plans.

What happens during the interview
The AI Notetaker will join the interview under the name Dover Notetaker.
You can still take notes in the feedback form during the call! Dover AI Notes will appear under your notes.
💡 We recommend letting the candidate know the interview will be recorded for note-taking purposes before admitting the AI Notetaker. If the candidate does not want to be recorded, you can deny AI Notetaker entry to the meeting.
Dover AI Notetaker will not be able to join a meeting without the host admitting it. If there are interviews that you do not want Dover AI Notetaker to join, you can either deny it entry or remove it from the meeting.
What happens after the call
After the interview has been completed, you’ll receive a Slack and email notification once the transcript is processed.
Click View recording and AI notes to view the recording, transcript, and AI notes in Dover.
You can edit the Notetaker notes or add additional notes if you'd like!

Log into Dover
Go to your Interview Preferences
To allow Dover's AI Notetaker to join your interviews, toggle on Auto-join interviews
You can enable or disable AI Notetaker for specific interviews by accessing the feedback form prior to an interview.
If you'd like Dover AI Notetaker added to any of your interviews that have already been scheduled, please reach out to Dover's Support Team.

Dover AI Notetaker joins your interview calls as a bot that will need to be admitted to the meeting. You can refuse to admit the Dover Notetaker bot or remove it from the meeting at any point.

Currently Dover AI Notetaker can only join Google Meet events. However, it is on our product roadmap to allow the AI Notetaker to join Zoom calls and meetings scheduled outside of Dover.

No. Video recordings and transcripts from AI Notetaker will only be in the Dover app. Candidates will not be sent a copy of either.
