Overview
The Dover Talent Network, currently in beta, is designed to accelerate your hiring. It gives you immediate access to a pool of active, qualified candidates the moment you post a job. In exchange, candidates who apply to your jobs will automatically get added to the network (after you are no longer moving them forward in your process).
Availability
This feature is accessible to all companies using Dover's free Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
🛠️ How to enable the Dover Talent Network
To activate the Dover Talent Network in your ATS:
Navigate to your Dover Careers Page
Toggle on to enable your talent network
📋 Candidate opt-in on job postings
Once enabled:
A checkbox will appear on your job application forms allowing candidates to opt-in for similar job alerts at other companies.
🤝 How it works: connecting with candidates
Timing of contact: Dover may initiate contact with candidates after one of the following conditions
they've been rejected by your company
you haven't taken any action on the candidate in the past 7 days
Opt-in process: Both the candidate and your company will have an opportunity to opt-in after a match. After mutual consent, candidates are introduced for a first-round interview.
