ℹ️ If you use Lever, you will see the tag “Dover Reviewing” on some candidates if you have your ATS turned on as an inbound channel for your job.

Inbound candidates who are added directly to your Lever after applying will be filtered through the persona created for your role, and we will surface the most qualified candidates to make it simpler for you to review them.

Dover only reviews applications in the New Applicant (Lever) stage. Applications that Dover is reviewing will be tagged as "Dover Reviewing" (Lever) or will be tagged with Dover's recommendation for the candidate. If they pass the search criteria, they’ll appear in Slack.
