Use this article to understand the matching lifecycle in the Dover Recruiting Marketplace.

How to meet recruiters

  1. Go to the Recruiter Marketplace.

  2. Click “Schedule” to book a free matching call.

  3. You can speak with as many recruiters as you’d like to find the best fit for your needs. The first call is always free.

How to select/hire a recruiter

  1. After the matching calls, ask your preferred Recruiting Partner if they are ready to get started.

  2. Set clear expectations and goals for the engagement. Agree to an hourly rate.

  3. Your Recruiting Partner will add their hourly rate to your account.

  4. You will receive a confirmation email that they are set up to work for you.

How to manage a recruiter

  1. View your active team in the Recruiting Team portal in the Dover App.

  2. View your Billing dashboard to track all work completed and charges incurred.

How to remove/fire a recruiter

  1. Go to the Recruiter Marketplace.

  2. Select Remove Recruiter from your Active Recruiters and fill out a brief survey.

  3. The recruiter will be removed from your account, and the recruiter will lose all access to your Dover instance. They will no longer be able to bill your account. You will receive a confirmation email that they have been removed from your account.
