A guide to viewing and managing your billing in Dover.

Overview

Dover's Applicant Tracking System is completely free.

You may view your recruiters and job board bills in Dover's billing dashboard.

The billing dashboard shows the following:

  • Payment history with receipts.

  • Hours logged and services provided by your recruiter

  • Recruiters' bill rates

Viewing billing history

  1. Click Reporting & Analytics on the side menu

  2. Select 3. Billing

  3. Click the Billing dashboard.


Recruiter billing

Getting started

  • To gain access to the marketplace, an $800 deposit is required.

  • Each recruiter sets their own hourly rates in the marketplace. You can view their rates before choosing to work with them.

  • You can track all recruiting hours in Dover.

  • A valid credit card must be on file at all times.

Hourly billing

  • Recruiters are responsible for logging their time in Dover. As the recruiters log their time, your deposit balance will decrease.

  • A new deposit is automatically triggered by your recruiter when the previous deposit balance is exhausted.

  • Billing occurs in $800 deposit increments, shown as "Fractional RP Deposit Renewal".

  • You're responsible for agreeing to and monitoring the scope of your recruiters work.

Unused Deposit Balance

  • Unused funds will be returned when you remove all Recruiting Partners from your account and remove your company from the marketplace.


Job Board billing

When you use Dover's one-click integration to create paid job postings, all billing is handled through Dover's platform. You can view all invoices and receipts in the Billing dashboard.

Accessing invoices

  • View all job board charges in your billing history

  • Download or print invoices for your records

  • Track spending across different job boards

What billing information can I see?

When working with a recruiter, you have access to:

  • Complete billing history

  • Detailed time entries

  • Activity notes and descriptions

All this information is available through the Billing dashboard.

Where can I find my complete billing history?

Access your complete billing history by navigating to Reporting & Analytics > 3. Billing > Billing dashboard. Here you can view and download all transaction records and invoices.

Where can I access my initial refundable deposit?

Navigate to Reporting & Analytics > 3. Billing > Billing dashboard. in your Dover dashboard. You will see a charge for $800. To access more information, click on the Stripe link under the Receipt column.

What happens if my credit card expires?

A valid credit card is required at all times. If your card expires or becomes invalid, job boards cannot be posted and Recruiting Partners will be unable do any work until a valid card is added to your account. Please reach out to [email protected] to make changes to your payment method.
