Creating templates
From scratch
Navigate to Settings & Members
Select Email Templates
Click +New in the upper right corner
Under the Edit tab, add:
Template name
(optional) cc'd and bcc'd email addresses
Subject line
Compose email body
Add hyperlinks as needed
Add dynamic content variables like {{scheduling_link}}, {{sender_first_name}}, and more
Click Save to store the template
From existing emails
Modify an email before sending
Click Save New Template
Adjust template name
Click Save to store in Email Templates

Access template management
Access your templates through:
Company Settings > Email Templates
Template dropdown menu > Manage
Interview plan stage settings
Email template actions
Edit existing templates by clicking on the email template name
Duplicate templates to create a copy of an existing template to edit
