Frequently asked questions
Can I grant access to individuals outside my company?
No, users must have an email account under your registered Company Domains to access Dover.
Who can see candidate information after they're hired?
When candidates reach the "Offer" or "Hired" stage, their activity feed is only visible to the hiring manager, recruiter, and admins.
Can hired candidates see their Dover profile when joining the team?
No, candidate profiles and activity feeds remain restricted to the hiring manager, recruiter, and admins even after candidates join the company.
Once a candidate has been moved into the Offer or Hired stage, only the hiring manager and recruiter on the job (as well as admins) can update their stage. If a hiring manager, recruiter, or admin changes a candidate from an offer/hired stage or status into a different stage, the activity feed will be visible again.
What happens to deactivated users' data?
Deactivated users' historical actions and feedback remain in Dover, but they can no longer access the platform.
