👎 Send rejection emails to applicants
How to set up applicant rejection emails:
Go to the Dover App and select the job
Under the Job Posting tab, select Automation
Under Automation Settings, check "Send rejection email to rejected applicants"
Click edit template to edit the rejection email and preview changes in Preview Mode
When you've made changes, click Submit
Now, when you 👎 reject applicants, a rejection email will be sent.
✉️ Send confirmation emails to applicants
How to set up applicant rejection emails:
Go to the Dover App and select the job
Under the Job Posting tab, select Automation
Under Automation Settings, check "Send confirmation email to all applicants"
Click edit template to edit the confirmation email and preview changes in Preview Mode
When you've made changes, click Submit
Now, when you applicants apply through Dover's Careers page, they will receive a confirmation email.
