Overview
In the Candidates view, you can see all of your candidates and applicants from the moment they enter your hiring funnel until they reach the final interview stage!
π Applicants - if you have enabled any job boards, applicants will appear here.
π’ Leads - these are candidates who will receive outreach - candidates sourced using Sourcing Autopilot, Sourcing CoPilot, and the Add Candidate feature) - sorted into 3 sections:
Queued - candidates who are scheduled to receive outreach
Contacted - candidates who have received outreach, but have not responded yet
Responded - candidates who have responded to your outreach as interested
π£ Interviewing - candidates actively moving through your interview process - the sections here will vary depending on the stages in your interview plan.
π¬ Applicants
If you've enabled Job Boards in Dover, Applicants will appear in your Candidates view.
π΄ Name - Candidate's name, links to the candidate's LinkedIn profile, current job title if it's publicly listed
π Current Stage - Stage in the interview process: Applied
π‘ Next Up - Applicants will always say Needs Action until they are π Approved or π Rejected
π’ Actions - Select the next interviewer and π Approve an applicant or π Reject them. Depending on your Interview Plan and Dover settings, applicants will be sent scheduling or rejection emails.

Review Applicants
π΄ Criteria - Whether an applicant is a "match" is determined by the Criteria that you set up for the role. Click Critera to edit your criteria and Save your changes to rescore your applicants based on the new criteria.
π Job - Select your job from the dropdown to view applicants for a specific role.
π‘ Sorting - Sort applicants by Best Match, Newest or Oldest.
π’ Search - Search for an applicant by name
π΅ Ranked Applicants - Applicants will be labeled Best Match, Close Match or Mismatch based on your Criteria. If it says Scoring, Dover is still scoring a newer application based on your criteria.
π£ Applicant Info & Actions - View the applicants profiles like LinkedIn, GitHub, etc, take actions such as π Schedule interview, π Reject, π Move applicant to another job, or indicate if your team will handle next steps (I'll handle from here). You can also change the interview stage, contact information, view the source (what job board they applied on), etc.
β« Resume, Application, Notes - View applicants Resume, answers to their Application questions, and leave Notes for teammates about applicants.

Leads are candidates sourced by your team or Dover who receive outreach emails.

Queued candidates are scheduled to receive outreach.

π Current Stage - Stage in the interview process (New Lead)
π‘ Next Up - Next step in the process
π’ Actions - View and edit outreach by clicking anywhere on the candidate card. Queue outreach email to send by clicking Queue to send. Remove the candidate from queued so they do not receive outreach by clicking β.
π΅ Last Modified - When the candidate was queued
2οΈβ£ Contacted
Once a candidate receives an outreach email, they move to Contacted.

π Current Stage - Stage in the interview process (Contacted)
π‘ Next Up - Next step in the process (if followup emails are queued)
π’ Actions - Send now to send a followup immediately. Cancel a followup email by clicking β.
π΅ Last Modified - When the candidate was queued
π£ Sort Contacted - Select All, Outreach Sent, Followup 1 sent, Follow up 2 sent, etc to sort your contacted list.
3οΈβ£ Responded
Once a candidate has responded with interest, they move to Responded.
π‘ Itβs important to pay close attention to candidates in this stage - they are interested and awaiting your response! We have found that interest rates drop by 5% for each day that candidates wait for a response from you.

π’ Actions - Select the Next Interviewer before approving them. π Approve or π Reject candidates. Depending on which features you have enabled, Dover will send a scheduling or rejection email.

π Interviewing
Once youβve approved a candidate, they move to Interviewing. Your Interview Plan will determine what your interview stages will be.
π΄ Name - Candidate's name, links to the candidate's LinkedIn profile, current job title if it's publicly listed
π Current Stage - Stage in the interview process: Scheduling (currently being scheduled), Scheduled, or Completed.
π‘ Next Up - Dover Scheduling, You are Scheduling, Interview Scheduled + interviewer, Needs Action (interview is completed).
π’ Actions - No action available (usually when candidate is in Scheduling), Review Interview Notes (Dover Interview has been completed), Reschedule, or π/π to Schedule or Reject a candidate
π΅ Last Modified - Last communication or action on a candidate
π£ Quick Filters - Interviewing (all candidates interviewing), Late Stage (all candidates in on-sites or final interviews (stages 4 & 5), Scheduled (all candidates scheduled for interviews)
β« Candidate view - select a traditional candidates view or kanban board view.

You can filter candidates by their Stage, as well as some Advanced filters including their status - active, rejected, etc and their source - Dover Sourcing, Manually Added, Referral, or Inbound Application, or use Quick Filters for candidates who are interviewing.
