Getting started
To access Recruiting Analytics, log into the Dover App and click Reporting & Analytics (https://app.dover.com/reporting-analytics).
The page is organized into two main tabs: Analytics and Reports.
Analytics
The Analytics tab provides visual insights into your recruiting funnel and hiring performance. All charts can be filtered by job name, date range, and time period (week or month).
Candidate Acquisition
Applicant Count Over Time
Applicant Count Over Time shows how many applicants you receive for each role over time, broken down by job position. This helps you track application volume trends and identify which roles are attracting the most candidates.
Sourced Candidates Over Time
Sourced Candidates Over Time displays the number of sourced candidates (candidates added by your team or recruiting partners) for each role per week.
Hires
Hires Over Time
Hires Over Time tracks when candidates were hired, broken down by role and displayed by month. This chart helps you monitor hiring velocity and identify seasonal trends.
Hires by Channel
Hires by channel shows the breakdown between applied candidates (who submitted applications) and sourced candidates (sourced by your team).
Hires by Source
Hires by Source displays where your hires originated from such as job boards like LinkedIn or tools like the Dover Sourcing Extension, or the Dover Careers Page.
Candidates in Process
Unreviewed Inbound Applications
Unreviewed Inbound Applications shows how many applications are waiting to be reviewed for each role over time. This helps you identify bottlenecks in your review process.
Job Report Metrics
Job Report Metrics provides a comprehensive table for each open role including:
Number of jobs currently open (active)
Start date and days active
Goal hire date
Number of active candidates
Number of unreviewed applicants
Number of rejected candidates
Number of interview stages
