✨ You can now export candidates from your YC Work at a Startup Job Board into Dover! Once the integration is set up, you can move YCombinator Work at a Startup candidates into your Dover Pipeline, and Dover can manage the candidates from there! This will allow you to utilize Dover's Products and Services. ✨

You must be a YC sponsored company with a YC account in order to use this integration.

Step 1: Add YC Work at a Startup as a Job Board source in Dover

  1. In the Dover App, you can view your unique YC Work at a Startup key here. Click Show Key to reveal it.

  2. Hover over the key and click to Copy your key to your clipboard. You will need it to complete your setup.


Step 2: Connect YC Work at a Startup to Dover

  1. Go to Go to the YC Integration Page

  2. On their ATS Integrations Page, click Connect Dover

  3. Paste the key that you copied in Step 5 above and click Save


Step 3a: Export candidates from Work at a Startup Candidate Page to Dover

  1. Navigate to the 🌟 Candidates View and search for candidates

  2. Click Export on a candidate’s profile

  3. Click Export to Dover and select your Dover job from the dropdown options

  4. If the export was successful, you will see the following banner

  1. Navigate to the Inbox View and search for candidates

  2. Click Export on a candidate’s profile

  3. Click Export to Dover and select your Dover job from the dropdown options

  4. If the export was successful, you will see the following banner


Step 4: View your YC Candidate in your Dover Pipeline.

  1. Go to the Dover App

  2. Click Candidates and select the job

  3. Click Application Review and search for your YC candidate

  4. You can then use Dover to manage this candidate throughout the interview process.
