You can now view your YC Work at a Startup applicants into Dover! Once the integration is set up, applicants will be automatically synced and you can manage applicants in Dover's <a href="https://app.dover.io/application-review-v2" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Application Review</a>!

You must be a YC sponsored company with a YC account in order to use this integration.

Set up the Dover &lt;&gt; YC Work at a Startup Integration

Step 1: Copy unique key from the Dover App

In the <a href="https://app.dover.io/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dover App</a>, you can view your unique YC Work at a Startup key <a href="https://app.dover.io/sources" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">here</a>. Click Show Key to reveal it.

Hover over the key and click to Copy your key to your clipboard. You will need it to complete your setup.

1. In the <a href="https://app.dover.io/" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Dover App</a>, you can view your unique YC Work at a Startup key <a href="https://app.dover.io/sources" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">here</a>. Click Show Key to reveal it. 

2. Hover over the key and click to Copy your key to your clipboard. You will need it to complete your setup.

Step 2: Connect Y Combinator Work at a Startup to Dover

Go to Y Combinator's <a href="https://bookface.ycombinator.com/workatastartup/integrations" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Bookface's Integrations</a>

Paste the API key that you copied from Dover and click Save

1. Go to Y Combinator's <a href="https://bookface.ycombinator.com/workatastartup/integrations" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Bookface's Integrations</a>
2. On the Dover card, click Connect 

3. Paste the API key that you copied from Dover and click Save

How to connect your Y Combinator jobs to Dover

On the Dover card, click Configure (if the button says Connect, please follow the instructions above to connect your YC account to Dover)

In the Link jobs to ATS section, select the job name in Dover that corresponds to your job on Bookface and click Save.

Applicants will now automatically sync to Dover. The source will be listed as YC WaaS (Y Combinator Work at a Startup)

2. On the Dover card, click Configure (if the button says Connect, please follow the instructions above to connect your YC account to Dover)

3. In the Link jobs to ATS section, select the job name in Dover that corresponds to your job on Bookface and click Save.

4. Applicants will now automatically sync to Dover. The source will be listed as YC WaaS (Y Combinator Work at a Startup)

Please note that WaaS applicants will automatically be synced to Dover when you follow the instructions <a href="#h_0cfb797e79">here</a>. If your job is not connected, then you can manually export applicants using the steps outlined below.

How to export an applicant from Work at a Startup to Dover

Navigate to the 🌟 Candidates View and search for candidates

Click Export on a candidate’s profile

Click Export to Dover and select your Dover job from the dropdown options

If the export was successful, you will see the following banner

1. Navigate to the 🌟 Candidates View and search for candidates

2. Click Export on a candidate’s profile

3. Click Export to Dover and select your Dover job from the dropdown options

How to export candidates from YC Work at a Startup Inbox to Dover

Navigate to the Inbox View and search for candidates

1. Navigate to the Inbox View and search for candidates
2. Click Export on a candidate’s profile

3. Click Export to Dover and select your Dover job from the dropdown options
 

4. If the export was successful, you will see the following banner

View your Y Combinator applicants in Dover

Go to the <a href="https://app.dover.io/application-review-v2" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer">Application Review</a> for your job

When you hover over the date in the right corner, you will see where they candidate applied (YC WaaS)

You can then use Dover to manage this candidate throughout the interview process.
