⚡Every Licensed user of Zoom has a personal Zoom Room, however, if you want to customize the link, you must be on the business or education plan.

Why use a personal Zoom Room?
Utilizing a personal room means all of your meetings will take place in the same zoom room which is great for keeping your calendar events organized and allows you to integrate with various scheduling tools.
With Dover scheduling, we are able to add candidates directly to your calendar for an interview and supply them with the zoom room location. Currently, we aren’t able to support Zoom rooms that require a passcode.
How do I find my personal Zoom Room?
Login to your Zoom account
Click on Meetings
Click on the Personal Room tab
Copy the Join URL Link
Paste it into Dover Scheduling preferences here and Save
How do I remove a Zoom Room password?
Go to zoom.com
Click on My Account in the menu bar
Click on Settings on the left sidebar
Scroll down to the Passcode options.
Toggle the sliders to the desired settings. Blue indicates the setting is on.
