Dover's Add Candidate feature allows you to add candidates to your outreach campaign or add candidates into the interview process. Once added to Dover, these candidates will be moved through the pipeline like any other candidate.

If you've never engaged with the candidate before and want Dover to add them to your outreach campaigns, please follow the steps below:
Click +Add, ๐คCandidate and select the Outreach tab
Select a job from the dropdown and click Continue. Add the candidate's details and click Continue.
Select an email campaign, Edit message (optional), and click Continue
Review content and click Finish & Create. The candidate will be added to your Queued Candidates.

You can bulk add candidates to receive outreach. Follow the steps below:
Click +Add, ๐คCandidate and select the Outreach tab
Select a job from the dropdown and click Continue.
Select Multiple and add the candidates in a properly formatted CSV (columns of LinkedIn and Email) and click Continue
Select an email campaign, Edit message (optional), and click Continue
Review content and click Finish & Create. The candidate will be added to your Queued Candidates.

If you've already interacted with a candidate and want to add them to your interview process or fast track them, you can add them by following the steps below:
Click +Add, ๐คCandidate and it will default to Interview process
Select a job from the dropdown and click Continue.
Add the candidate's details and click Continue.
Select the interview stage from the dropdown. If you'd like to send a scheduling email, click Add Candidate and Schedule. To add without sending an email, click Add Candidate.
Your candidate will be added to the Candidates page in the interview stage you selected.
