💡 When we ask you to set up your interview preferences (directions here), we also ask you to connect your calendar. We ask you to connect your Google Calendar so that we can make sure to avoid double booking on your calendars. (Similar to Calendly, Savvycal etc).

How do I add my personal calendar?

If you have more than one calendar you want us to observe for conflicts, you can subscribe to that calendar from your work email.

Step by Step Instructions:

  1. While logged into your personal account, open Google Calendar. You can’t share calendars from the Google Calendar app.

  2. On the left, find the “My calendars” section. To expand it, click the Down arrow.

  3. Hover over the calendar you want to share, and click the three dots — Settings and sharing.

  4. Under “Share with specific people,” click Add people.

  5. Add the email address of the account you want to share your calendar with ([email protected]). Use the dropdown menu to adjust permission settings. Learn more about access permissions.

  6. Click Send.

  7. You will need to click the emailed link to add the calendar to your list.

How do I set up Out of Office?

Dover pulls availability from your Google Calendar. If you need to block off a specific day simply provide a DNS block (set to busy) for the entire day, and Dover will respect those boundaries.

If you want a specific time on a certain day to be blocked off, simply schedule a DNS event on your calendar and make sure you set it to "busy".
