Dover streamlines your recruitment process by centralizing all your applications in one place. The platform offers both manual job board connections and one-click integrations with major platforms including LinkedIn, Indeed, and X Hiring, plus a specialized integration for Y Combinator's Work at a Startup job board.
Connecting Existing Job Board Postings
Navigate to the Dover App and select an active job
Click on the Job Boards tab
Choose from available job boards
Follow the instructions to copy the unique Dover URL
Go to your job board posting and paste the URL
Return to Dover and click I posted this job
New applicants will automatically appear in your Applicants tab. For candidates who applied before connecting the job board, use the Add Candidate feature to add them manually.
One-Click Job Board Integrations
Dover's integrated posting system allows you to publish jobs directly through the platform. Posts typically go live within 24 business hours and appear on your company's profile on each platform.
Navigate to the Dover App and select one of your active jobs
Select Job Boards
Search for LinkedIn from the job boards
Select Dover one-click integration
Select a subscription amount and auto-renewal preferences
Select Post job to LinkedIn (free) or Purchase Subscription
Indeed
Navigate to the Dover App and select one of your active jobs
Select Job Boards
Search for Indeed from the job boards
Select Dover one-click integration
Select a subscription amount and auto-renewal preferences
Select Purchase Subscription
X Hiring
Navigate to the Dover App and select one of your active jobs
Select Job Boards
Search for X Hiring from the job boards
Select Dover one-click integration
Click Post job
YC Work at a Startup Integration
This integration is exclusively for Y Combinator companies and requires:
Y Combinator sponsorship
Active YC account
Access to both Dover and YC Work at a Startup platforms
To set up YC integration:
Navigate to the Dover App and select an active job
Click on the Job Boards tab
Select Y Combinator Work at a Startup (WaaS)
Click Show API Key

All applications are centralized in Dover's Applicants tab, allowing you to:

Can Dover import existing job board candidates?
Dover cannot retroactively integrate existing candidates. However, you can provide a CSV of inbound candidates to your Embedded Recruiter for processing.
