Job boards are essential for finding great candidates and most successful job searches utilize inbound job boards in addition to outreach and referrals.. When you turn on a job board with Dover, Dover will take on all the work of posting, maintaining, promoting where appropriate, and reposting your jobs so they stay refreshed and top of queue.
Once you’ve successfully made a hire, Dover will deactivate all of these posts on your behalf for a streamlined experience.
Why post on job boards?
Dover has found that applicants are significantly more likely to convert into a hire because they have already invested the time and energy to look at your job posting and express active interest by applying.
With Dover's Application Review, you can quickly and easily sort through your applicants based on Sorting Criteria. "Best match" candidates will be sent to Slack and the Dover App for you to review.
When you click ✏️ Criteria, you can modify your applicant criteria based on the quality of candidates you are receiving.
How to post on Job Boards
Navigate to the Dover App and click on one of your active jobs
Click on the Job Boards tab
Select from among the job boards
Select whether or not you already have a job posting on the job board
If you click Yes, follow the instructions to link your existing posting to Dover. Then click I posted the job.
If you click No and would like to create a job posting on your own, please click Me. You will need to create a job posting and then follow the instructions to link your existing posting to Dover.
If you click No and Dover, please complete any necessary setup items, and select a subscription amount from the dropdown. Select whether or not you want to renew the job board automatically.
Click Purchase Subscription to complete Dover job board setup.

Dover cannot support a retroactive integration for inbound candidates. If you provide your Embedded Recruiter with a CSV of inbound candidates, Dover can accommodate your request.
