💼 Job Boards Overview
Dover handles all the behind-the-scenes recruiting work involved with posting on job boards. See all job board subscriptions that are currently active, currently being set up, in the process of being deactivated, and how long they have been active.
👀 Job Board Subscriptions
In the Dover App, select a job and click Job Boards. You can see your Published Job Boards. Click on a job board to learn more and enable it.
How Dover manages your job board postings depends on your plan. If you're on a contract with us, Dover can fully manage job postings on your behalf; for non-contract users, you will need to manage your own postings, but Dover can still integrate with your postings so your applicants surface in Dover's ATS.
➕ How to add a job board to Dover
Navigate to the Dover App and click on one of your active jobs
Click on the Job Boards tab
Select from among the job boards
Select whether or not you already have a job posting on the job board
If you click Yes, follow the instructions to link your existing posting to Dover. Then click I posted the job.
If you click No and would like to create a job posting on your own, please click Me. You will need to create a job posting and then follow the instructions to link your existing posting to Dover.
If you click No and Dover, please complete any necessary setup items, and select a subscription amount from the dropdown. Select whether or not you want to renew the job board automatically.
Click Purchase Subscription to complete Dover job board setup.
Some job boards (like Wellfound) require that you authenticate your credentials in order to sync them with Dover. To do so, click Connect Account to authorize your Wellfound account. Then click Add Source.

Dover currently supports more than 70 job boards and continues to add new job boards. If you don't see your favorite job board, please reach out to the Support team and request a custom integration! We are open to supporting any job board you find helpful in your recruiting efforts. If you have one in mind that we do not currently support, please contact Dover Customer Support via the chat, and our team will work to add this integration for you.
📬 Review applicants in Application Review
You can review all applications from Dover-synced job boards by clicking Application Review.
You can then view and filter applicants for your roles in Dover. Applicants will be labeled Best Match, Close Match, or Mismatch based on your search criteria. You can also filter candidates and sort applications or click Criteria to adjust whether applications are a good fit for your role. You can even Schedule or Reject them directly from the Application Review page or Bookmark applicants for your hiring team to review.
Dover automatically sends up to 3 of the highest quality applicants who applied within the past 45 days to the Slack channel every day. It also takes into account how recently the candidates applied — those who apply more recently will be prioritized over those who applied historically.
Applicants sent to Slack for review will have headers that state: 📬 "New application: Candidate (Role)" and will indicate which source they applied through. You can Schedule or Reject candidates directly from Slack.
