How to configure your notification settings to stay up to date with any candidate interviews and weekly progress emails!

Dover Notifications

Dover supports many email notification types.

  1. Weekly Updates - weekly email updates about your hiring funnel for a job

  2. Interviews: Call Scheduled - receive an email when a call has been scheduled with a candidate

  3. Interviews: Call Reminder - interviewer receives an email reminder when a call is coming up

  4. Interviews: Call Completed - receive an email when a call has been completed by a member of your team.

  5. Application Review: Daily Application Summary - receive an email summary of all applicants.

  6. Application Review: Top Applicants

  7. Sourcing Autopilot: Interested Candidate

  8. Sourcing Autopilot: Autosend Resume

How do I change my notification settings?

  1. Log into the Dover app here with your company email

  2. Navigate to your profile icon on the top right of the homepage

  3. Click on 🔔 Notifications from the dropdown menu

  4. You can adjust your Notification Preferences here for each job in Dover. Select an Active Job and toggle the notifications on or off.

Make changes to your notification preferences for each active job.
