Dover makes it easy to create, send, and manage candidate offers with offer templates and customizable offer email templates. Teams can generate candidate-specific offer letters using variables like start date, salary, and candidate name, then send the offer through Dover, while tracking when the candidate signs and downloading the signed PDF afterward.
Create offer templates
Offer templates let your team standardize offer letters and reuse them across candidates and roles.
How to create offer templates
Go to Settings > Company settings > Offer templates https://app.dover.com/settings/company/offer-templates
Click + Template to create a new template
Enter a name for the template so your team can easily find it later
