Bulk actions let you update multiple candidates at once so you can reject, score, move stages, update statuses, and send emails.

Overview

Bulk actions help you save time by applying the same update to multiple applicants or candidates at once. Instead of repeating the same task one profile at a time, you can multi-select people to reject or score applicants, move candidates to a different job or stage, update candidate status, or send emails in bulk. You can also bulk upload applicants/candidates and bulk source candidates into an outreach campaign.


Bulk actions for applicants

Bulk reject applicants

  1. Select a job

  2. Go to the Applicants tab

  3. Click Multi-select

  4. Click Select all (or select the specific applicants you want)

  5. Click Reject Applicants

  6. (Optional) Include a rejection email to applicants.

  7. Confirm to apply the action

Bulk score applicants (AI Scoring)

If you’re using AI Scoring, you can score multiple applicants in one step:

  1. Select a job

  2. Go to the Applicants tab

  3. Click Multi-select

  4. Click Select all (or select the specific applicants you want)

  5. Click Score Applicants

Update candidate status

  1. Select a job

  2. Go to the Candidates tab

  3. Click Multi-select

  4. Select candidates

  5. Click Edit selected.

  6. Under Status, select an option (Active, Snoozed, Rejected) from the dropdown options

  7. Click Update candidates

Update interview stage

  1. Select a job

  2. Go to the Candidates tab

  3. Click Multi-select

  4. Select candidates

  5. Click Edit selected

  6. Under Stage, select an interview plan stage from the dropdown options

  7. Click Update candidates

Move candidates to a new job

  1. Select a job

  2. Go to the Candidates tab

  3. Click Multi-select

  4. Select candidates

  5. Click Edit selected

  6. Under Job, select the destination job from the dropdown options

  7. Click Update candidates


Bulk candidate upload

Bulk upload lets you import people into a specific job—either as Applicants (PDF resumes) or Candidates (CSV).

  1. Choose Applicants or Candidates.

Bulk upload applicants (PDF resumes)

  1. Select Applicants

  2. Choose the job to add applicants to

  3. Drag and drop PDF resumes

  • Upload PDF resumes only

  • Maximum 100 files per upload

  • Maximum 10MB per file

  • Files are automatically parsed for contact info

  • Applicants will appear in the Applicants tab for review

Bulk upload candidates (CSV)

  1. Select Candidates.

  2. Choose the job to add candidates to.

  3. Upload a CSV with these columns:

    • Required: First Name, Last Name, Email

    • Optional: Stage (interview stage), LinkedIn URL

  • Maximum 500 candidates per upload

  • Each upload is for a single job


Bulk sourcing

Bulk sourcing lets you add multiple prospects to an outreach campaign at once.

  1. Go to a job

  2. Click the Sourcing tab

  3. Choose an outreach campaign

  4. Click Source candidate

  5. Choose Multiple candidates

  6. Upload a CSV with:

    • First Name

    • Last Name

    • Email

    • LinkedIn URL (optional)


Frequently Asked Questions

Can I select only some applicants, not everyone?

Yes. After you click Multi-select, you can pick individual applicants instead of using Select all.

Can I bulk reject applicants without sending an email?

Yes. The rejection email is optional—skip it if you don’t want to notify applicants.

What file types are supported for applicant bulk upload?

Applicant bulk upload supports PDF resumes only.

What are the upload limits for applicant resumes?

  • Maximum 100 files per upload

  • Maximum 10MB per file

Can I bulk move candidates to a different job and update their stage at the same time?

Yes. Use Edit selected to apply any change: move job, change stage, or update status.

Can I bulk email candidates using a template?

Yes. Click Draft emails and choose a template, or write one from scratch before sending.

Can I bulk source candidates without LinkedIn URLs?

Yes. LinkedIn URL is optional for bulk sourcing—First Name, Last Name, and Email are the key fields.

Where do bulk-sourced candidates go?

They’re added to the New Lead stage while the outreach emails are queued. Once the emails have been sent, they appear in the Contacted stage.
