Frequently Asked Questions
Why does my request say “Pending”?
Pending means the teammate hasn’t approved or denied your request yet. You can’t send from their email until they approve.
What if the teammate denies my request?
If they deny it, you won’t be able to send emails from their address. You can submit a new request if you believe this was an oversight.
Where do I see whether I have access?
In Settings > Members https://app.dover.com/settings/company/members, open the Actions menu for that teammate:
Pending means you’re waiting for approval.
Email as: Granted means you can send from their account.
I don’t see the teammate’s address in the From dropdown—why?
Most commonly, you have not been given permission to send emails as that teammate. Check the Settings > Members https://app.dover.com/settings/company/members to see if you should have access.
