You can speak with as many recruiters as you'd like to find the best fit for your needs - the first call is always free
Select recruiter(s)
After the matching calls, ask your preferred Recruiting Partner if they are ready to get started
Set clear expectations and goals for the engagement and agree to an hourly rate
Your Recruiting Partner will add their hourly rate to your account
You will receive a confirmation email that they are set up to work for you
Manage your recruiters
View your active team in the Recruiting Team portal in the Dover App
View your Billing dashboard to track all work completed and charges incurred
Remove recruiter(s)
Go to the Recruiter Marketplace
Select Remove Recruiter from your Active Recruiters and fill out a brief survey
The recruiter will be removed from your account and will lose all access to your Dover instance - they will no longer be able to bill your account
You will receive a confirmation email that they have been removed from your account
How to leave the Dover Recruiting Marketplace
Go to the https://app.dover.com/marketplace/my-recruiters and remove any recruiters that you've matched with
After all matched Recruiting Partners have been removed, select the Leave the Marketplace button and complete the form
A refund will be processed for any remaining unused deposit balance within 1 business day.*
