Billing for recruiting services

A guide to viewing and managing your billing history and invoices in Dover.

Overview

While Dover's Applicant Tracking System is completely free, we do offer two paid offerings at this time: Recruiting Partners and paid job boards.

Access and track your billing information, payment history, and detailed invoices through Dover's billing dashboard.

Viewing billing history

  1. Navigate to app.dover.com

  2. Click Reporting & Analytics

  3. Select Billing

  4. Click Billing History to see detailed information including:

    • Transaction dates

    • Invoice documents

    • Charged amounts

    • Payment descriptions


Recruiting Partner billing

How it works

  • Each Recruiting Partner and Junior Recruiting partner sets their own hourly rates in the marketplace. You can view their rates before choosing to work with them.

  • You're responsible for agreeing to and monitoring the scope of the Recruiting Partners' work

  • Recruiting Partners log their time directly to your account

  • Time is logged by the Recruiting Partners

  • You can track Recruiting Partners logged hours in Dover

Payments

  • In order to get started working with a Recruiting Partner, an $800 deposit is required

  • Billing occurs in $800 deposit increments

  • Charges appear as "Fractional RP Deposit Renewal"

  • A new deposit is automatically charged when the previous one is exhausted

  • Unused deposit funds can be refunded upon written request to [email protected]

  • A valid credit card must be on file at all times

Tracking Recruiting Partner activity

Access detailed information through the Recruiting Partner Dashboard:

  1. Click Recruiting Partner

  2. Select Recruiting Partner Dashboard

The dashboard shows:

  • Detailed entries including dates

  • Activity notes and descriptions

  • Time logged (eg. 1 hr)


Job board billing

When you use Dover's one-click integration to create paid job postings on LinkedIn or Indeed, all billing is handled through Dover's platform.

Accessing invoices

  • View all job board charges in your billing history

  • Download or print invoices for your records

  • Track spending across different job boards

Navigate to Reporting & Analytics > Billing > Billing history to access your job board invoices and payment details.

What billing information can I see?

When working with a Recruiting Partner, you have access to:

  • Complete billing history

  • Detailed time entries

  • Activity notes and descriptions

  • Current deposit balance

All this information is available through the Recruiting Partner Dashboard.

Where can I find my complete billing history?

Access your complete billing history by navigating to Reporting & Analytics > Billing > Billing history in your Dover dashboard. Here you can view and download all transaction records and invoices.

How do Recruiting Partner deposits work?

Deposits are charged in $800 increments and are used to pay for Recruiting Partner time. When your deposit balance gets low, a new deposit is automatically charged to ensure continuous service. Any unused deposit amounts can be refunded by contacting [email protected].

Where can I access my initial refundable deposit?

Navigate to Reporting & Analytics > Billing > Billing history in your Dover dashboard. You will see a charge for $800. To access more information, click on the Stripe link under the Receipt column.

What happens if my credit card expires?

A valid credit card is required at all times. If your card expires or becomes invalid, job boards cannot be posted and Recruiting Partners will be unable do any work until a valid card is added to your account. Please reach out to [email protected] to make changes to your payment method.
