This guide explains how to invite your employees to submit candidates for your open roles. You can easily track and manage all your company referrals in one place.
Step 1: Invite your contacts to refer candidates
Invite your coworkers, investors, and friends to submit referrals for candidates.
Go to app.dover.com and select a job
Navigate to the Referral tab
Click the +Invite button
Fill out your contact's email address
Click Invite
Step 2: Your contacts receive a referral link
When you invite someone to submit a referral, Dover will send them an email with instructions on how they can submit referral candidates to your job in Dover.
You can manually share a referral link with your contacts. Click the dropdown to the right of the +Invite button. Then click Copy referral form link and share the link with your contacts.
Step 3: Your contacts submit referrals
Your contacts can use their unique link to submit candidates for a specific job. The submission form includes:
Required Fields:
Job selection (from dropdown menu)
Candidate's first and last name
Candidate's email address
Optional Fields:
Resume upload
LinkedIn URL
Additional comments
Note: All submitted candidates automatically enter the first interview stage of your pipeline.
When candidates are submitted, the hiring manager will receive a notification email.
