3️⃣ Review your leads and edit messages for ultimate customization.
Click ✉️ Queue to send for profiles that are a good fit or ❌ Remove for profiles that are not a good fit.
If you don’t want to spend time reviewing candidates, you can put Sourcing on 🚀Autopilot — Dover will automatically contact 50+ leads every week.
4️⃣ Wait for candidates to reply to your outreach. Interested candidates will be surfaced in Slack and in the Dover App.
5️⃣ Approve a candidate and Dover will send a scheduling email and followups or Reject candidates and Dover will send a polite rejection email.
❓ When does my free trial end?
After 2 weeks, your free trial will end. You will receive a reminder email before your credit card on file will be charged for Dover's Base Plan.
❓ When should I turn on Sourcing Autopilot?
Dover recommends turning on 🚀 Autopilot after 3 days of reviewing your leads and refining your criteria. It typically takes a few days to calibrate for the candidate profiles you’re looking for — then you can let Dover do the work for you automatically.
❓ How can I stop outreach from being sent automatically?
If you want to stop automatically sending outreach to candidates or need more time to review candidates, you can pause outreach by clicking Sourcing Autopilot and selecting Pause in your Outbox. You can also select Off to turn off Sourcing Autopilot entirely. You will still be able to send outreach manually
❓ How does Dover find candidates for my role?
When you create a job in Dover, you will complete information about what you're looking for in candidates. Dover uses the information that you provide to create its initial search criteria for the role. This criteria adjusts based on your input and also can be manually adjusted in the Dover App.
