Dover allows you to edit your outreach quickly & easily directly in the Dover App.
How to edit your outreach:
1️⃣ Log in to the Dover App
2️⃣ Navigate to the Job Settings for the job you'd like to edit
3️⃣ Select the Outreach tab from the left sidebar
4️⃣ Make any desired changes to the outreach in the Edit Mode tab.
5️⃣ Once you’re satisfied with your changes, click the Publish button.
6️⃣ Click Save and make this version live to make your edited outreach live.

How to Send Followup Emails
You can also customize the automated follow up emails that Dover sends out if candidates have not responded to the initial outreach email.
By default, campaigns in Dover include 2️⃣ followups sent 3️⃣ business days apart. If you're on our Growth or Concierge plan, you have the option of adding up to two additional followups (5 emails in total) and can adjust the cadence of your followup emails! 1️⃣ Use the toggle buttons to enable or disable each followup message.
2️⃣ To adjust the cadence of your followup messages, click the dropdown on the right.
3️⃣ To add an additional followup message, click ➕ Add new message at the bottom of this page.
If your plan doesn't allow for this or if you've already added a total of 5 outreach emails to the campaign, this button will be disabled.
