Yes! However, there are a few things to consider before adding candidates to Dover for outreach.
Do you use Lever or Greenhouse as your ATS?
For candidates who already exist within your ATS:
If you use Lever or Greenhouse as your ATS, Dover may not be able to queue up outreach for candidates who already exist within your ATS. This is a safety net to avoid reaching out to candidates whom you may already be in contact with. You can find more details on how exclusions work here.
If a candidate exists within your ATS at the
New Applicant
(Lever) /Application Review
(Greenhouse) stage, and your Inbound integration is enabled, Dover will sync and review these applicants against your search calibration in place. Since these candidates already exist within your ATS, Dover will not be able to send outreach.If a candidate exists within your ATS at a later stage, Dover is not able to reach out to anyone that has had any activity for 1 year, regardless of the job they were sourced for. This applies to Prospects as well. Dover will not be able to send outreach to these candidates.
For candidates who are not within your ATS:
If the candidate does not exist in your ATS, Dover can support sending initial outreach!
To successfully queue up outreach for these candidates, please submit a CSV of candidates with the following details to your Customer Experience Partner:
The job you’d like to consider them for
First and Last Name of the candidate
The candidate’s LinkedIn URL
The candidate’s email address
In addition to providing a CSV, you also have the ability to directly add candidates to the Dover flow yourself! For more information on this, please see our Help Center Article here.
Don’t have an ATS that fully integrates with Dover or don’t have an ATS at all?

When will candidates get emailed?
Dover will queue the candidates to receive outreach ASAP, though there may be slight processing delays. The emails are automated and we cannot support content customization at this moment, though it is on our roadmap.
