In the meantime, if we forward a candidate's response to you, the best way to respond is by replying to the email and looping in the candidate.
⚡ It's standard practice for people to have a recruiting email and personal work email, and most candidates either don't notice if there is a change in email sender or don't mind!
1️⃣ Copy the candidate's email
2️⃣ Reply to the thread
3️⃣ Change the "to" recipient to the candidate, remove "Fw" from the subject line
