Recipients see a "Be careful with this message" or "Spoofing" warning

This warning is added by the email client (eg Gmail) when Gmail can't verify the origin of the message. The way to tell is you will see a "via" in the Email Sender.

This means that your DMARC/DKIM/SPF records may need to be fixed because they are not being tied to your domain correctly. You can find more information on configuring these records here. We recommend the service https://www.mail-tester.com/ which provides analytics on this.

This is unrelated to Dover. However, the existence of this warning will hurt your email deliverability.
