When someone leaves your company and is either an Interviewer or Hiring Manager for a role within Dover, there are a few steps you can take to make sure your search continues to run smoothly! See the following steps below:
Interviewer Leaves Your Company
An interviewer for a specific search leaves your company? No problem! Ping your Customer Success Manager, Customer Experience, or Dover Support Team and we’ll be happy to adjust the interview process for you! All we need to know is who on your team will be taking over any previously scheduled interviews and we’ll take care of the rest!
On our end, we can ensure that:
The interviewer will be removed from the Interview Plan and our internal system as an Interviewer option
They will be removed from any necessary Slack channels
Any outstanding interviews will be rescheduled to the new interviewer
Hiring Manager Leaves your Company
If a Hiring Manager for a specific role leaves your company, we are happy to handle any necessary adjustments to the search! In this case, ping your Customer Success Manager, Customer Experience, or Dover Support Team and we’ll be happy to make the necessary adjustments. In order to make this switch, we will need to know who on your team is taking over as hiring manager for this role, and will confirm the interview plan, and make the necessary adjustments to the outreach messaging.
Note: If you do not use custom domains, please do NOT delete the old hiring manager’s shell email account otherwise we will not be able to respond to old outreach or redirect candidates to the new hiring manager.
On our end, we can ensure that:
The hiring manager will be removed from the interview plan
The outreach messaging and email sender will be updated to the new hiring manager and sent through our quality checks
They will be removed from any necessary Slack channels
And outstanding or in process interviews will be rescheduled to the new HM.
If you have any questions..
You can always ping the Dover Support Team in Slack and someone will be able to assist you!
