Clicking Respond & Advance will pop up a modal asking you to provide answers to the candidate's questions.
The more detailed you are, the easier it is for our team of Recruiting Coordinators to respond to the candidate — but you can feel free to respond with a few words as well. We will reach out in Slack itself if we need further clarification.
